Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping availability may vary depending on your location.

Where do you ship from?

Orders are shipped from our fulfillment centers (EU / International).

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so any change or cancellation must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order. Please email us at info@ovrldfit.com with your order number. After this period, your order may already be in processing or shipped. You can still return the item once received.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped the next business day.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe: 2–7 business days
  • International: 7–14 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your country, carrier, and season.

 

What if I don't receive my order?

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days after shipping, please contact us at info@ovrldfit.com. We’ll investigate and provide a replacement or a full refund if applicable.

Will I be charged customs and taxes?

All prices on our site are tax-free in USD. Depending on your country, you may be responsible for customs duties, VAT, or import taxes once your order arrives. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are not covered by ovrldfit. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

How do I return an item?

Please contact us at info@ovrldfit.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you the return instructions and the correct return address. Items should be unused and in original packaging when possible.

What if the item I received is defective, incorrect, or damaged?

We’re sorry about that! Please email us at info@ovrldfit.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, your bank may take 7–10 business days to post the refund. If you haven’t seen the refund after that period, please check with your bank or credit card provider.
